Keyrus
Keyrus is an enterprise performance management (EPM) and data consultancy that, in the workforce management context, specializes in long-range contact center capacity planning delivered on the Anaplan platform. Keyrus co-developed the Anaplan Contact Center Planning application and provides the advisory, implementation, and ongoing support services around it.[1]

Keyrus is a consulting firm focused on connected planning, EPM, and advanced analytics. Rather than selling a standalone product, it implements and supports planning solutions — in the contact center space, the Anaplan-based Contact Center Planning application it jointly developed with Anaplan, which it markets under the theme of "modernizing long-range capacity planning for contact centers."[2] Keyrus has been recognized by Anaplan as a partner of the year for its work on the platform.

- Demand forecasting — importing case-level data, call volumes, and handle times for bottom-up forecasts, with a statistical engine and business-driver adjustments.
- Capacity planning — headcount and resourcing plans, training schedules, and skills-matrix development against service targets.
- Cost analysis — overlaying payroll and general-ledger data to calculate true service costs and compare team efficiency.
- Allocation optimization — linear-programming case allocation that routes work to higher-performing teams based on historical performance and cost.
Keyrus reports labor-cost reductions in the range of several percent for adopters; as with all vendor-reported figures, these reflect the provider's own claims rather than independent measurement.
